1. Please notify us at least 24h prior to your appointment for any cancellation. No-show or late cancellation will be charged. 

2. All month or multi-session coupons are to be paid upon the first session.
3. All multi-session coupons (5x and 10x) are valid 6 months starting on the date of the first session.

4. For general hygiene and peace of mind our therapy space is a no-shoes zone, please be prepared to remove your shoes when entering the back area of the clinic or bring a pair of indoor training shoes. Thank you.
